$37,500 yearly

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordination of activities for residents of the group home,
• Supervision of the group home team members
• Overall management of the group home

Education & Skills Requirements:

• One (1) year of experience with case management, residential services, behavioral management, and other human services-related occupation is required.
• High School diploma/GED required.
• One (1) year of supervisory experience is preferred.
• Must possess and maintain a current Florida Driver's License and the ability to meet the standards of an FDOT certification.
• Associate’s Degree in Social work, Health Care, Human Development, or a related field is preferred.
• Other combinations of work and life experience may be considered in lieu of a college degree on a year-for-year basis.
