Provide end-to-end category leadership, serving as the global manager for molding within 3M Strategic Sourcing

Create solutions for complex and multi-faceted problems, which requires ingenuity, creativity, innovation, and strong analytical skills

Manage change through effective project goal definition, scenario planning, data analysis, action tracking, and stakeholder alignment

BA or BS degree preferably in Supply Chain/Operations Management, minimum in a business/industrial related field

Development of global sourcing strategies using category management methodology

Proven success in a change management and “stretch” environment

Excellent working knowledge of industrial markets, suppliers and company requirements

Manages complex multi-year supplier relationships aligned to enable our front-end portfolio strategies

Provides oversight to sourcing/project managers on the deployment of projects with internal and external stakeholders

5+ years global travel management experience

Experience with vendor relationship management and working with 3rd party providers.

Experience with travel & expense management systems and technology (Workday expense management experience a plus!).

Deliver cost reduction opportunities and manage operational forecast and budget.

Manage and monitor process performance measures and ensure best practices and operational improvement actions are implemented.

Develop appropriate business metrics and reports to ensure proper processes and service are in place to meet company business requirements.

Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Process Management and Negotiations Skills.

Knowledge of Managed Service / outcome-based agreements.

Demonstrate results in cost management and cost reduction activities.

Contract Management: Must have the ability to understand legal risk mitigation development.

Manages the development, administration, communication and reporting of Itron’s diversity, equity and inclusion program, business activities, policies, and procedures.

Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders in HR, Finance, Legal, Sales, Marketing etc., to validate and refine identified opportunities.
