Job Description

The ideal candidate possesses both a high level of technical expertise and an innate passion for process/manufacturing engineering

This will be a recent Engineering related graduate interested in getting into a Manufacturing trainee program, 1 year in training in CA or Colorado then an assignment to one of their plants throughout the country.


We are working with a leader in their field of Consumer products, Consumables, Food production,

Responsibilities

  • Oversee a production line
  • Create and maintain work instructions and manufacturing specifications
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to facilitate the production process and evaluate potential changes
  • Identify and recommend methods for improving worker efficiency and reducing waste of materials and utilities


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in either Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or experience considered
  • At least 4+ years' of engineering experience
  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Kanban and 5S
