Partner with Finance to ensure vendors are paid in a timely fashion and provide quarterly inventory reports for components.

3-5 years of related supply chain, sourcing, merchandising, textiles or manufacturing experience

Strong knowledge Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint

Work with leaders to create category level supply chain strategies and communicate these to the domestic vendor base.

Drive ownership of material and construction decisions related to production feasibility and cost as needed within the product team.

2+ years marketing and business-related experience including in-depth knowledge of trade marketing activities, consumer drivers, digital landscape & consumer insights

Must possess pro-active critical thinking skills and the ability to take initiative, anticipate next steps and offer recommendations and solutions.

Manage omni channel calendar to ensure promotional messaging across channels is achieved in owned content.

Must have strong and concise verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

Ensure appropriate assets are being developed for cross-platform activation

Support Creative concept development by sharing thought starters and competitive case studies to inform asset creation and execution

Outstanding and demonstrated project management expertise. Demonstrated excellence in process design, project and information management, information synthesis and presentation development.

Working knowledge of the foundation’s programmatic work and the global context surrounding the foundation’s initiatives is preferred.

Some experience in and energy for working on ambiguous tasks, demonstrated strong judgement and clear thinking in stressful and evolving conditions.

Experience and demonstrated maturity in working with executives and global leaders as demonstrated by perseverance, poise, respect, and discretion.

Strong analytical, writing and verbal skills for communicating with a broad and diverse audience.

International and developing country work experience is preferred.

WORK STYLE: Mostly remote work, with minimal travel for meetings, conferences, and/or trainings

Very rarely will before/after hours, nights, weekends, holidays, or overtime be offered and will not be required.

Experience within the dental field/industry (ie clinical experience, billing experience, front office/reception experience, sales/marketing experience, etc)

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

The ideal candidate will possess most, if not all the following qualities, skills, and characteristics:

Attend meetings with corporations as needed to take notes that support the team in crafting their corporate relations strategy.

Attend international conferences, events, and protests as required and able to provide support.

Lead administrative duties for team meetings including scheduling, agenda creation, note-taking, and facilitation.

Stakeholder management – maintain and improve local relationships with Anangu communities,

Engage with internal and external stakeholders and networks to improve and implement culturally

Work closely with Ayers Rock Resort hotel operations team to identify employment pathway

Demonstrated negotiation, change management and influence skills.

Bachelor’s degree in management, supply chain, engineering, logistics, operations management, business or relevant field.

5 years+ in Operations/Manufacturing and/or plant management

Client Management: Relationship management, Service orientation, Executive presence.

People Management: Inspirational leadership, Coaching and development, Change management.

Project Management: Planning and driving for results, Strategic decision making, Resource management.

Minimum of 3 years of event management experience

Adept at using Microsoft Office Suite and cloud-based applications, experience in learning management systems, Zoom, and Cvent a plus

Manage post-event analysis, including budget reconciliations and invoice management

Strong oral and written communication and presentation and interpersonal skills to help build and manage team productivity /cohesion

Manage professional membership group applications, including application collating and organizing for committee review

Experience managing multiple, concurrent projects in a matrix organization

1-3 years of experience in the technical education field.

Effective experience in communicating knowledge to others.

Continually practice presentational skills to maintain training performance at an elite level.

Demonstrated experience, and success with public speaking.

Experience collaborating with teammates and cross-functional teams.

A curiosity to learn new skills and a dedication to master those skills.
