15+ years' industrial automation and/or robotics experience

10+ years' experience leading automation projects and teams in complex capital automation projects

Configuration management experience an asset

Proven leadership, change management and project management experience

Excellent presentation skills and experience in supplier and customer relations

Leadership – Develop strategic goals, provide guidance, define accountabilities for Automation.

Ensure Automation alignment across enterprise through education on appropriate process improvement initiatives as a result of business reviews.

Lead the Automation team to create and execute plans to differentiate Creation service offerings to increase profitability and enhance customer loyalty.

Configuration management experience an asset

Proven leadership, change management and project management experience

DCS and PLC programming knowledge, practical experience of Emerson Delta V DCS, Allen Bradley, and Siemens PLCs.

10+ years of experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.

Experience working with and managing engineering and controls contractors.

Support continuous improvement and change management.

Ensure teams develop risk management and contingency planning related to trends and threats impacting Global transportation providers and Global BUs.

Preferred skills; Experience managing Global transportation providers and international markets.

Align with finance on annual operating plan.

Education: BS degree in Logistics/Supply Chain or Business/Systems or 8 plus yrs. of Systems/IT leadership within Logistics, Distribution and Transportation.

Experience: Minimum 5 years Systems/Technology innovation within Logistics, Distribution and Transportation.

Experience in leading and driving program management sales

Experience in developing and implementing strategic direction with Fortune 100 customers backed by company senior management for desired ECE outcome

Develop and document Process Automation account management practices for adoption by JMP customer service/account management staff.
