Led large technology teams at both a strategic and tactical level.

VP, Global IT Solution Delivery

Dallas, Texas (c. 1-2 days p/week)

PMI certifications in Program Management (PgMP) and Risk Management (RMP).

Establishes and builds out the ePMO (Enterprise Project Management Office) to support The Greenbrier Companies business and IT projects.

Manages the IT portfolio including prioritizing programs and projects, allocating resources, monitoring progress, providing executive leadership updates, and managing portfolio changes.

Manages direct report lead resources in the ePMO, enterprise architecture, application development, and infrastructure delivery domains.

Experience in organizational and digital transformation.

Experience developing and implementing an ePMO tailored to specific needs.

5+ years of people management experience, with a focus on talent development and career progression.

Facilities management experience and ability to read/translate architectural and engineering drawings.

Experience with project management softwares.

7-10 years of internal/end user experience supporting workplace design and delivery requirements.

Manage expectations and the planning process for renovations, reconfigurations, and relocations across global offices.

Manage reinstatement of offices when leases are terminated in partnership with the Regional Leaders.

Oversee hand-off to account management upon completion of the implementation project.

Appropriately record project activities, accurately track, and concisely report project statuses, and manage projects within the defined model.

Handle multiple large IT programs across varied prestigious clients in the HMS Vertical

Provide coordination with IT and Ops(internal to establish data interface options with customers, including establishing data specs and evaluating data sets.

Oversee the Collaboration with offshore team to design, develop and configure the product to customer specifications.

Support the Pre-Sales process for IA solutions

Previous experience in enterprise vendor selection and contract management.

Expertise in agile/lean/waterfall methodologies as well as operations and service management.
