Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience; minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience with Master’s degree.

Demonstrated project management experience, including short-term and long-term planning, goal and policy setting, and monitoring accomplishments.

Support revision of data standards and procedures for species range maps in ECOS/ECOSphere, including meta-data management and quality control/assurance review protocols

Participate in working groups and assist in developing standard operating protocols or guidance to address range requirements, processes, or procedures.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in GIS technical support or related field.

Proven experience in managing a GIS-based data system, including data curation, quality control, and quality assurance.

Must have organizational, planning and follow-through skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under high pressure situations.

Must have decision making skills with the ability to recommend strategic direction for the organization and manage continuous improvement projects.

Equivalent combination of education and experience may be acceptable in lieu of a degree.

Manages ESRI collaborations between ArcGIS Enterprise and ArcGIS Online.

Automates other GIS workflows using Python, JavaScript or other scripting languages as specified by business unit/user requirements.

Manages GIS technicians’ tasks and provides technical guidance and support.

Experience with Python, FME a plus.

2+ years of experience in GIS support responsibilities, including application development, database administration, geodatabase design, web mapping, user support, etc.

Experience with GIS database editing, QA/QC processes, and geoprocessing

Conduct Real Property Inventory Inspections at OKARNG facilities to determine type, quantity and quality of physical infrastructure assets

Develop 10% design maps to support new construction of OKARNG infrastructure in coordination with peers, and superiors

Develop maps depicting landscape conditions, constraints, alternatives analysis, restrictions, operational overlay, safety/regulatory/stewardship, airspace, and critical infrastructure
