Recruit passionate and Customer focused Team to develop and succession plan through Lovisa.

Reduce unnecessary costs, through effective rostering - the right people at the right time.

Experience managing a remote team that utilizes technology to execute primary job duties

Experience working in an environment with moderate to heavy travel requirements

Leads team through clear communication, delivers consistent feedback and manages appropriate consequences (+/-) based on performance

Experience managing and developing all district support roles/teams

Demonstrated experience working in client-facing environment(s) with multiple and simultaneous customer/partners

Achieve consistent positive results against sales, expense, operational and talent objectives

Facilitate relationships with Regional Distributor Management teams and Sales Representatives to support the Siemens POC product portfolio in the hospital market.

Manage and maintain customer accounts

Proven history of successful capital sales achievement with a minimum of five years of direct and/or channel partnership experience.

Ability to close sales by selling the value of features and benefits as they relate to the customer needs.

Proven experience selling across multiple departments within the hospital market.

Experience in driving complex direct and indirect capital sales opportunities in hospital market.

20 years of experience successfully building and managing a team including recruiting staff, scheduling, and performance management.

5 years of experience in project management.

5+ years of general management experience.

Strong people management and teambuilding experience.

Working knowledge of construction, farm equipment and heavy equipment operations, maintenance, safety, tools and implements.

Good organization skills including project tracking, scheduling, and setting goals.
