District Manager - Virginia
** The ideal candidate can live in Washington DC Metro or Northern VA**
Mission
To drive strong execution across District and lead team with a focus on helping our customers achieve profitable sales.
Scope
The District Manager will report directly to the Sr. District Manager and will own point accountability for execution across roughly 1-4 U.S. states, supervising a team of 20-30 Mobile Merchandisers, 1-3 District Mobile Merchandisers and a District Operations Specialist.
Role Expectations
  • Achieve consistent positive results against sales, expense, operational and talent objectives
  • Provide market intelligence, ensuring beeline is aware of market trends, issues, concerns that may impact the district, region or company
  • Leads team through clear communication, delivers consistent feedback and manages appropriate consequences (+/-) based on performance
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners, including customers and key leadership at store level
Critical Experiences
  • Experience managing a remote team that utilizes technology to execute primary job duties
  • Demonstrated experience working in client-facing environment(s) with multiple and simultaneous customer/partners
  • Demonstrated proficiency using a process-driven and regimented approach to deliver operational, administrative and talent objectives
  • Experience working in an environment with moderate to heavy travel requirements
  • Moderate proficiency of Company provided device
  • Experience managing and developing all district support roles/teams
  • Moderate proficiency with Microsoft Office
