General Manager– Zeke’s Restaurant Jobs in Nevada

Delegate responsibilities to management to ensure supervision of tasks to completion, correctly and on time

At least 2 years of management experience in a high-volume specialty dining restaurant

Opens/closes shift, including management of daily logbook and pre-meal team briefing

Oversees the daily restaurant operations to ensure overall guest experience meets and exceeds expectations

Maintains excellent knowledge of venue’s food & beverage products, menu items and equipment used to perform duties

Provides input/makes recommendations to Director when changes to product offerings, menu redesign, service, and/or staffing is needed

Manages the day-to-day operation of the Lounge in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Work in a high-volume establishment with the highest of standards and food and beverage knowledge.

Work requires knowledge of computer programs including Word, Excel, Windows, LMS.

Establishes and administers training programs within the Lounge, including new employee orientation.

Maintains and instructs assigned personnel as to safety policies and procedures and follows up to ensure hazards are eliminated.

Monitors appearance of all foods & Cocktails and communicates deviations from standard to Chef on Duty or addresses issues.

Maintains excellent knowledge of venue’s food & beverage products, menu items and equipment used to perform duties.

Perform other job-related duties as requested.
