● Minimum of three years’ experience leading mission-critical operations, preferably in a sports-related venue environment..
● People leadership experience, preferably in the operations space.
● Solid communication skills (including public speaking) and overall comfort engaging with clients, press, and public figures.
● Responsible for recruiting, motivating, and training Game Operations team members, including Greenskeepers.
● Serve as the resident expert on all software platforms and technology related to Game Operations.
● Ability to thrive in an ambiguous, ever-changing and fast-paced environment.
