Contribute to the planning, coordinating and implementing of all game presentation elements

Support team partnership relationships by coordinating elements in the market and in-arena promotional activity on behalf of the organization

Assist with the development and fulfillment of in-game entertainment elements

Knowledge and passion for NBA basketball, including an appreciation of the fan experience.

Assist with the purchase and manage upkeep on all equipment/uniforms/costumes used by entertainment teams.

A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in dance or performance arts or equal professional experience in a dance or performance-related role.

2 to 5 years’ experience as a choreographer for dance including but not limited to hip-hop and jazz technique.

Working knowledge of cheerleading and tumbling.

Minimum of two (2) years of marketing, administrative or entertainment experience.

Game production experience a plus.

Must demonstrate organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines and desire to be a self-starter

Excellent knowledge and experience in managing databases and comfort with working in Microsoft Excel and Google Docs, Sheets, and G Suite

Host entertainment guests including bands and work as a Field Manager to execute live in-game elements throughout the stadium

Work closely with Manager of Game Entertainment to help verify song licensing for Gameday performers

Manage and collaborate with key vendors including A/V, staging, lighting and transportation

Help identify and book pregame bands/entertainment elements for Gamedays

Strong writing samples and interviewing skills

Write game scripts with a strong character voice, brevity, clarity, and style

Work with other developers to help define and enforce the voice of an IP

Prepare scripts for Voice Over sessions, and sit in on Voice Over sessions

Build and maintain a Wiki and other documentation.

Review work from other professionals and provide feedback

Technical skills and knowledge with video board content and management.

Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines.

Plan and manage the yearly promotional budget and engage in the ordering and management of all promotional items for each season.

Coordinate all pre-game and post-game events, including, national anthems, first pitches, pre-game recognitions and other guest/partner related experiences.

Manages mascot related activities and the mascot program.

Manage relationship with stadium audio company.
