Reports To: Manager of Game Entertainment and Special Events

Summary

This position supports all elements of Game Presentation. This position will help with brainstorming ideas for creating new activations, executing elements on the field / Touchdown City on Gamedays and at Seahawks events and assisting with various aspects of the production process.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Assist with the planning, staffing and execution of enhancing fan-centric events (Training Camp, Draft Parties, Viewing Parties, etc.) and the overall Gameday entertainment experience for the 12s
• Help coordinate Street Team requests and Gameday staffing schedule
• Brainstorm new activations for Gamedays and events by keeping up with current pop culture trends
• Manage and collaborate with key vendors including A/V, staging, lighting and transportation
• Support Seahawks Dancers, Blue Thunder, Flag Runners and Mascots initiatives and projects as requested
• Work closely with Fan Engagement Manager on the production of Touchdown City
• Help identify and book pregame bands/entertainment elements for Gamedays
• Work closely with Manager of Game Entertainment to help verify song licensing for Gameday performers
• Help maintain department props and equipment as it relates to Gamedays and other events
• Host entertainment guests including bands and work as a Field Manager to execute live in-game elements throughout the stadium

• Experience and knowledge in live event and Gameday production/execution

SELECTION PROCESS

Final applicants will be contacted and invited to participate in our interview process starting in May. All interviews will take place at our team headquarters in Renton or virtually if the candidate is not within reasonable driving distance of the Virginia Mason Athletic Center. Further, we will not pay for any interview related expenses such as travel or lodging; these expenses are the sole responsibility of the applicant.
