Fund Analyst Jobs

Scree and develop new investment opportunities through the manager search and selection process.

Build relationships with existing and prospective investment managers.

Support the Portfolio Manager to develop new clients having an intention to invest Private Debt Fund.

Manage and maintain data related to underlying fund performance and company.

Fluency in English is required. Other language skill a plus.

Outstanding analytical, financial modeling, clear and concise written and verbal communication skills required.

Assist with investor processing activities for commingled funds including data entry, data quality checks and statement preparation.

Four-year college degree required with a concentration in finance/accounting or related business field

Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in financial services industry

Real estate investment knowledge preferred

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics

1-3 years of Fund Accounting/Administration experience

Strong conceptual knowledge of Equity, Fixed Income, and OTC products

Strong abilities in analytical thinking, problem solving, time management and verbal and written communication;

Minimum of 6 years of experience in the financial services industry, experience with a registered investment adviser preferred;

Knowledge of Investment Company Act of 1940 and the Investment Advisers Act of 1940;

Knowledge of European fund regulation (e.g. UCITS V, AIFMD) is a plus

Familiarity and understanding of the UK COLL sourcebook requirements is a plus

Responsible for the monthly NAV calculation, which includes working with asset management, treasury and accounting to obtain all the relevant inputs.

Responsible for calculating the monthly asset management fee and the performance participation allocation together with the NAV calculation.

Review legal documents, such as leases, management agreements, partnership agreements, loan documents, etc., and perform analysis for decision making, as needed.

Prepare benchmarking, trend, and variance analysis, as needed, and help develop presentations for management and/or the board of directors.

1-3 years of prior professional experience in accounting or finance and preferably in a real estate environment.

Owning all aspects of SEC-registered equity vehicles, including SEC performance reporting, while adhering to strict deadlines and other requirements

Minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience from either an Investment Bank or Private Equity firm (credit or equity).

Strong quantitative, financial analysis and modeling skills including Excel and Argus are required.
