Using your product management experience to define sprints, stories, and development milestones for the engineering team.

At least 10 years in product management, preferably in a startup or entrepreneurial environment, with a proven track record of success.

Developing an MVP by translating abstract guidance into detailed specifications; actively engaging in discussions and capturing requirements from stakeholders.

Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a focus on driving results, fostering collaboration, and inspiring teams to achieve ambitious goals.

A genuine passion for transforming education and leveraging technology to accelerate learning outcomes.

Chief Technology Officer key responsibilities

Develop thorough skills matrices and banding across departments and management roles across the company.

Strong working knowledge of HR software and experience leveraging technology-enabled HR solutions.

Develop and manage all company handbooks and policies, ensuring compliance and promoting employee welfare and happiness

Create, manage, and distribute all external and internal facing HR materials

At least 15 years of leadership experience in the HR field

SHRM certification in PHR or SPHR

Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.

Ensure effective project management and timely delivery of technology initiatives.

Provide leadership, management, and governance for technology teams, setting clear goals, providing feedback, and promoting professional growth.

In-depth knowledge and experience with the breadth and depth of the Azure cloud platform, including infrastructure, services, and security.

Experience in building commercial B2B websites, focusing on user experience, functionality, and scalability to meet business requirements

Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, and apply them to enhance our technological capabilities.
