Previous experience leading product and developing roadmap for web based applications

Experience with API integrations (REST)

Experience with systems built with queues/async batch processes

Must have 5+ years working at a Technology startup in the sales/marketing space

Compensation: Base salary 120k DOE + revenue share

oSell medical billing/revenue cycle management services to doctors, clinics, and hospitals.

oSuccessful medical coding, billing & practice management consulting service for solo and multi-specialty practices.

-Prior experience of business development in either IT staffing, outsourcing, recruitment

-Must have a good business network and have proven experience in business development

-Running the business as a general manager with responsibility for strategy, sales, business development, partnerships, marketing

What will you be doing:

-Taking co-founder level responsibility for building go to market strategy

-Working closely with other co-founders to create pitch deck and business development strategies

Machine Learning: Developing machine learning algorithms to match project requirements with suitable candidates and integration with LLMs.

Knowledge of cloud-based services (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).

Experience with machine learning and AI applications.

Knowledge of data security and privacy regulations.

Some of your primary responsibilities will include:

Hybrid-remote, preferable Bay Area or West Coast.

Ensure effective recruiting, onboarding, professional development, performance management, and retention

Work with theCFO and finance teams to forecast and manage departmental budgets and company costs.

Possess cross-functional skills to assist in sales & marketing.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to think critically.

Experience in FinTech, Financial Instruments & Investment Strategies is a plus

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
