8+ years of experience in a highly analytical environment building or contributing to sophisticated forecast models that leverage large-scale datasets

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate, collaborate & influence

Strong communicator with executive presence and experience delivering presentations to leadership

Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to prioritize, multi-task and work with multiple managers on a variety of projects.

Experience with data management tools (SQL, Snowflake)

2+years of related work experience

Exceptional communication skills (verbal, written, listening)

Experience in forecasting, scenario planning, modeling.

Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Microstrategy)

5+ years of relevant experience in accounting and finance, including budgeting and forecasting

Solid understanding of financial statement analysis, statistical analysis, corporate finance and financial modeling

Knowledge of General Ledger (GL) bookkeeping and accounting principles and practices

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications

Bachelor's degree in finance, economics or related field

Restaurant or multi-unit retail industry experience

Data Science Skills: model explainability modelling (SHAP, Lime)

Previous experience in Power Markets, Energy Arbitrage, etc.
