Work in partnership with the Contact Centre of Excellence to improve processes around knowledge management and learning for customer success.

Undergraduate degree in human resources, business or a related field. Equivalent applicable experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

Utilize performance management plans with MSLs to develop and enhance individual skills, capabilities and behaviors to build a team culture.

Exceptional problem solving and conflict management skills

Maintain appropriate differentiation between the IDP and the company employee roles and responsibilities.

Minimum education required: Bachelor’s Degree.

Years of relevant experience: 5-10 years DSD Sales experience

Direct Store Delivery (DSD) route to market, warehouse experience a plus

Experience with CA Agile Central (Rally), backlogs, iterations, user stories, or similar backlog management tools such as Jira

Consult on Identity and Access Management concerns

Implement industry best practices for container hardening and API configuration management

IT operations, security, and/or infrastructure experience in an enterprise environment and/or Application and Container Security knowledge in an eCommerce environment

CKA certification or demonstrated experience with Kubernetes

Working knowledge of a variety of regulations, control frameworks, and requirements, such as SOX, NIST 800-53, NIST 800-171, ISO 27001

5+ years of manufacturing and/or engineering experience

Strong Communication and Presentation skills

Strong collaboration skills working with both Ford Pro and Commercial Vehicle teams and external customers (upfitters)

~2-3 years of experience in sales, account management, and/or customer success relationship management roles

Experience up-selling, demoing, negotiating, relationship building and communicating value proposition

Ability/experience being in a by quota driven environments

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Salesforce a plus

Track and measure business impact and report out to cross-functional stakeholders

Understanding of SaaS subscription models preferred (connection to the home services industry a plus)

Minimum five years experience as a Security Supervisor or five years related management experience

Interact and coordinate activities with Risk Management

Encourage a positive attitude among employees and ensure that all guests, employees, and management are treated with courtesy and respect

Is polite, friendly, and helpful to guests, management, and employees

Inform General Manager of all matters concerning safety and security

Be knowledgeable of detailed emergency evacuation plan specifically concerning fire procedures

5 years in a sales and supervisory capacity, general management preferred

Obtain, review and recommend improvements for each department manager’s forecasts and plans.

Ensure department managers are training and supervising employees for optimum effectiveness.

Understanding of fleet management or fleet experience

Generate viable leads for Ford Pro Solutions - Telematics, Charging, and Fleet Management Services

Understand dealership service and parts department processes to facilitate enhanced fleet experiences

Protect company resources and information. For example, manage a loyalty budget and leverage funds for a return on investment
