Maintains a current player roster, squad list, and player/parent ticket list at home and away games to meet compliance requirements.

Oversees and assigns off-the-field duties for student managers.

Stays abreast of compliance requirements and ensures all assigned tasks are in compliance with University, SEC Conference, and NCAA rules.

Coordinates team travel, including scheduling of practice sites, transportation, meal and hotel arrangements.

Orders and exchanges equipment for student athletes and maintains inventory control of equipment.

Consults with strength and conditioning and athletic training staff to ensure that student athletes adhere to training and nutrition regiments.

Manage uploads of product information to Shopify and warehouse systems

Proactively monitor and coordinate with the customer experience team for orders that need special handling.

Prior internship experience in operations, e-commerce, or related field

Excellent English written and verbal communication skills. Mandarin fluency a plus.

Process orders in warehouse systems daily to ensure that orders are fulfilled in a timely manner

Provide support as needed for offline retail replenishments and events

Achieve consensus amongst business, engineering, and analytics teams to identify data requirements to support high-quality analysis.

6+ years experience in technical data roles, demonstrating expertise in transforming, shaping, querying and using data to guide decisions.

BA/BS in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field, OR equivalent experience

Experience in data modeling and structuring data to optimize retrieval performance

Experience in a consumer products-oriented industry; gaming, entertainment, or e-commerce

Experience in data modeling, analytics engineering, writing ETLs

Help maintain the customer relationship management (CRM) system for accuracy

Strong problem-solving skills, multitasking capabilities

Strong organizational skills reflecting an ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks

High level of professionalism, excellent customer service and interpersonal relationship-building skills

Experience in a professional office setting preferred

Ensure that all activities comply with company standards and government regulations (e.g., HIPAA)

Produce and manage high-end talent and creators

Manage producers and video editors to meet deadlines and create content that upholds the WSE voice and editorial standards

A highly creative storyteller. Able to write, produce, manage and execute projects from start to finish in a fast-paced newsroom environment

Minimum 3 years experience managing and leading a team of direct reports

Strong experience organizing production workflows and assets

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Experience writing professionally is not required. However, watching/covering College Football and having experience with WordPress is preferable.

Flexibility to write as often as you'd like, with a minimum commitment of 1 per week (or 4 in a month).

Create and maintain practice plans, statistical reports, practice cards, video cut up's, presentations and game plans.

Facilitate the creation of playbooks, video playbooks and game books.

Create strategic game plans for all opponents, including noting specific tendencies and trends.

Two to three years of successful experience, preferable at the collegiate level.

Proficient computer skills including but not limited to, Microsoft Office and FileMaker Pro.

This position is required to perform all duties and responsibilities in compliance with all NCAA, ACC and institutional rules and regulations.
