Fleet Services Clerk Jobs

Minimum of two years’ experience in a bank card, call center, or commercial account management environment is required.

Professionally represent Jubitz in “network service management,” contacting other franchisees in pursuit of resolution to site-related complaints and incident reports.

Follow criteria set by Fleet Customer Service Manager for sales and customer service reporting.

Excellent communication skills to include reading, writing, listening, & speaking.

Ensure telephone customers receive prompt service and are not left on hold for a long period.

Greet customers and answers questions and refer them to the appropriate person or department.

Assist other areas as directed by the Assistant Director, Asset Management and the Field Maintenance Manager, Fleet

Trade School Certification or equivalent education

5 years of experience in skilled mechanical repair and diagnostic work including equipment described within the job description.

Assist Managers in budget preparation for purchase/ lease of maintenance equipment and vehicles

Maintain the knowledge and ability to operate all vehicles in the Field Maintenance snow removal fleet.

Coordinate with the MAC Safety and Environmental departments to ensure adherence to all legal requirements

1-2 years' experience in parts management; preferred

Dependable and reliable; excellent time management skills

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with all levels of management

Catalog all existing and new supplies through inventory management system in conjunction with a physical assessment of supplies storage areas

No Final Warnings in the last six (6) months and must be in good standing with Management

Proficient in MS Office and strong Excel skills required

Any prior experience with invoice management

Any experience with computers and data entry

Manage parts inventory and period end reconciliation reports

Ability to manage schedules and invoice tracking for multiple site locations

Any prior experience with fleet service scheduling or service scheduling

Schedule all manual fuel transactions for site locations (Fulfillment Center and Spokes) with respective region

2 to 5 years of asset management. logistics, transportation, supply chain, compliance, or related experience

Develop confidential statistical results and reporting for management

Develop, manage, and update fleet system(s) for annual reporting requirements 2290, IFTA UCR filings.

Undergraduate degree in business, logistics, supply chain, or related curriculum (or equivalent combination of experience and education)

Knowledge of transportation best practices including regulatory and compliance requirements

Knowledge of DOT/Licensing regulations and Federal Motor Carrier requirements

Excellent organization, time management, and clerical skills.

Serves as a backup to other clerks within the department.

High School Diploma/GED and 2 years directly related experience.

Well developed verbal and written communication skills.

Knowledge of and ability to use office equipment such as calculator, fax machine, copier, etc.

Handles confidential record retention and reports.
