Fleet Dept. Inventory Clerk

We have an excellent opportunity for a full-timeFleet Dept.Inventory Clerkbased in our Chino, CA facility. The Inventory Clerk reports to the Fleet Maintenance Manager, and is responsible for maintaining an accurate inventory of fleet maintenance related supplies, ensuring both Accounts Payable/Receivable processes are effectively managed.

General Responsibilities

• Re-order all supplies based physical inventory assessments as well as on re-order reports
• Catalog all existing and new supplies through inventory management system in conjunction with a physical assessment of supplies storage areas
• Maintain supplies storage areas to ensure they are orderly, clean, and well-marked
• Communicate with vendors on any questions/concerns surrounding invoices, ensuring vendors are compliant with In-N-Out Burger’s established standards and expectations (i.e. service intervals, pre-trips).
• Stock parts that have been ordered and delivered; ensure that delivered supply items meet INO quality levels
• Thoroughly review and analyze all invoices for accuracy, ensuring Purchase Orders are generated and sent for payment
• Periodically meet with vendors off-site; research new supplies and/or new vendors

Work Schedule + Benefits

• Hours: 7:00am – 3:30pm, Monday through Friday (MinimalOT and Travel)
• Overtime and holidays as necessary
• Free meals on work days
• Full-time position, Hourly (non-exempt)
• Pay Range is $23.00-$25.00 per hour The above represents the expected pay range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider your experience and other job-related factors.

Job Requirements

• Proficient in MS Office and strong Excel skills required
• Dependable and reliable; excellent time management skills
• Valid California Driver's license; required
• 1-2 years' experience in parts management; preferred
• Minimum Level 3
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with all levels of management
• For Store associates:
• Relevant cycle count and automotive relatedexperience
• Automotive/Diesel component recognition; preferred
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Minimum one (1) year tenure with In-N-Out Burger
• No Final Warnings in the last six (6) months and must be in good standing with Management
• Previous experience with an ERP system is preferred
• High school diploma or GED; required
• Forklift experience; preferred
