Fitness Club Attendant Jobs

Provide orientation tour, explaining fitness amenities offered and answer questions

Actively promote the fitness offerings, classes and personal training sessions

Greet and interact with members and guests entering and exiting the fitness center

Ensure members are signing in and enforce rules and regulations

Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized fitness environment through consistent monitoring of the fitness classroom, and fitness floor

Monitor and stock various areas of the fitness area with the appropriate items

Previous Guest Services experience in a luxury hotel/resort highly preferred.

Must have excellent verbal communication skills in English

40% Signs users into the center.

40% Maintains orderliness of weights making sure weights are in correct spots.

Minimum two (2) years management experience in a customer service business (Preferably Retail or Fitness)

Excellent time management, organizational, problem solving and follow-up skills.

Spend time on the floor and at the front desk make sure we are delivering an exceptional member experience.

Manage the payroll and supply expenses to ensure the club is within the budgets provided.

Proven leadership ability in an educational, fitness or professional setting.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Perform other duties as requested by management.

Employees must at all times be attentive, friendly, helpful and courteous to guests, managers and fellow employees.

High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred.

Keep all work areas clean and properly stocked according to the current meal period.

Keep all tables cleaned and properly set according to property specific standards.

Set up and Break down of the breakfast buffet area according to established standards.
