Fitness Attendant Jobs

Treviso Bay is seeking an energetic, hospitality-driven professional for private club fitness center. Responsibilities include greeting members and assisting with fitness center needs, answers phones and member inquiries, schedule training and other appointments, perform minor custodial duties such as wiping fitness equipment and perform opening and closing duties when needed.
Duties Will Include

• Provide assistance as necessary to Fitness Director when organizing community events
• Monitor and stock various areas of the fitness area with the appropriate items
• Clean all fitness equipment
• Stock supplies and amenities and maintain accurate supply lists and inventory sheets for fitness
• Greet and interact with members and guests entering and exiting the fitness center
• Ensure members are signing in and enforce rules and regulations
• Organize supplies
• Provide accurate, appropriate, and immediate responses to all requests by guests, ensuring complete guest satisfaction
• Provide orientation tour, explaining fitness amenities offered and answer questions
• Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment
• Actively promote the fitness offerings, classes and personal training sessions
• Provide administrative support as necessary to Fitness Director e.g. maintain class pass schedule
• Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized fitness environment through consistent monitoring of the fitness classroom, and fitness floor
• Handle guests' questions and concerns professionally and courteously
