Bachelor's degree in any type of engineering or equivalent experience

Military background or experience with military programs is desirable

10 years' experience as a Mechanical Engineer

Experience in tool and die and steel forming

Experience in steel fabrication and welding of steel structures

Experience in working with defense, commercial, and transportation projects

Solid financial analysis skills, including experience with cost modeling, pricing strategies, and profitability analysis.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.

Effective communication and presentation skills to convey complex financial concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Develop and maintain daily, weekly and monthly performance management reporting and decision support

Manage the development of additional pricing and profitability analytics to bring value-added insight to the organization

Extensive knowledge of costing principles in a manufacturing environment.

Build a detailed annual budget for Sales/ Marketing in concert with standards and processes determined by corporate finance.

Identify Customer/SKU level pricing opportunities and provide recommendations for pricing actions to Commercial Finance Leadership.

Support corporate finance in financial close as needed.

Have excellent written and verbal communication and cross functional relationship management Skills

Have experience in data analysis, statistics, or a related field

Have excellent problem-solving skills including the ability to structure a problem, disaggregate issues, identify root causes and recommend solutions

Bachelors Degree in the fields of economics, accounting, finance, business, mathematics, statistics, ecommerce, entrepreneurship or related field

Develop retail pricing strategies and utilize Walmart pricing systems to develop, improve, or modify strategy to maximize profit margin

Are a self-starter with an innovative mindset

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Finance, Statistics, or equivalent experience

2+ years of Category experience recommended

5+ years of Pricing related experience preferred

5+ years of Analytical and, or Financial experience

Excellent computer skills including the Microsoft Office Suite+

Experience with SQL preferred, Snowflake and Python ideal

Price Strategy Execution, including customer/stakeholder communications related to price promotion management systems, changes and policies

Ensure compliance with Revenue Management guidelines and practices, local trade rules

Finance experience (business math/economics) preferred

Manage transition to automated discount system for remaining distributors

Undergraduate degree in Business Administration required: Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or Finance preferred

Minimum of five (5) years of pricing and product knowledge required.

Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience, managing direct reports required.

Works closely with Portfolio Management teams to review bookings, renewal activity, pipeline, market dynamics, capacity planning and churn files

Ability to interact with cross-functional peers as well as senior management

Proven experience in FP&A, Sales Finance, Sales Operations and/or Deal Desk

Ensure quoted and sold deals meet operational, legal and financial requirements

Manage pre-sales pricing process including pricing tool and system support

Excellent analytical and communication skills including ability to conduct presentations to variety of levels both internal and external to the company

Strong analytical skills with a proven track record in financial pricing and analysis.

Experience in developing pricing models and strategies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively.

Experience in the property service solutions industry is a plus.
