Develops and enhances financial analytics, including variance analysis explanations; partnering with operations to address opportunity areas.

· Partner with systems teams to improve reporting capabilities and enable relevant data capture in source systems

· 7+ years in business partnership roles for finance and data analytics teams

· Bachelor's degree in finance, economics and related fields

· Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel; PowerQuery modeling and advanced financial modeling experience required

· Advanced financial modeling skills strongly preferred

· Experience with PowerBI and Power queries strongly preferred

Coordinate with the Project Management Lead upon project closure to initiate the archival process

Assist with vendor management including preparation of Independent Contract Agreements, W-9s etc

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business or equivalent business experience

Exposure to project management software (Asana and Airtable highly preferred)

Project Management / Resourcing / Time Keeping

Minimum 1 year of agency, consulting or startup experience

1 - 2 years of relevant work experience or internship experience in Accounting, Finance, or Investment Banking

Provide technical finance and accounting support to our clients

Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in business, finance, and/or accounting

Strong analytical skills with high proficiency in Excel

Distinctive problem-solving and analytical skills

Interest or experience working with healthcare customers

Strong understanding of US tax laws and regulations, financial reporting requirements, and treasury management best practices.

Oversee and manage the day-to-day financial operations of the company, including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, tax compliance, and treasury management.

4+ years of experience in finance operations, accounting, corporate development or related field.

Manage vendor and supplier contracts, ensuring that all contracts are up-to-date and that vendors meet their contractual obligations.

Provide leadership, coaching, and development to the finance and operation teams.
