Overview A Field Services Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating the activities of field service personnel. They are responsible for ensuring that field service personnel are adequately trained and equipped to provide quality service to customers. They also oversee the scheduling of field service personnel and ensure that customer service requirements are met. Detailed Job Description Field Services Managers are responsible for managing and coordinating the activities of field service personnel. They are responsible for ensuring that field service personnel are adequately trained and equipped to provide quality service to customers. They also oversee the scheduling of field service personnel and ensure that customer service requirements are met. They are also responsible for managing customer service inquiries and resolving customer service issues. They must also ensure that field service personnel are following safety protocols and that all equipment is in good working order.
