5+ years of FEMA project experience including program start-up through implementation and closeout

Experience in the critical infrastructure market, specifically the utility sector

Serve as a liaison between the program office, the grant programs directorate, and the grantee

Provide insights, direction, and recommendations for grant compliance

Raise concerns, risks, and issues with the program office and the grantee

Review grantee report submissions for accuracy and compliance

Observe and implement improvements in grant administration

A Minimum of 5 to 10 years’ experience in Facility Operations Contract and Task Management

A Minimum of 10 years’ experience in managing and supervising a team of technicians supporting multiple facilities simultaneously

Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline preferred.

Knowledge of national doctrine, policy, and procedures guiding emergency management programs.

Experience supporting emergency management programs at the Federal, state, or local level.

Strong client engagement skills, comfortable communicating with all levels of client management and ability to manage the client relationship and expectations.

Facilitate organizational knowledge management operations; update and maintain organizational SharePoint pages; and support the records and information management workstream.

Excellent oral and written communication skills. Experience with technical writing and editing a plus.

Define project workflows, manage resources, prioritize responsibilities and tasks in order to deliver quality and timely results.
