Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills with strong mathematics aptitude.

Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.

Notifies appropriate program personnel of visitor arrival.

Directs visitors by maintaining employee and program directories.

Maintains security by following procedures and issuing visitor badges.

Supports customer service continuity among programs by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.

Ensure credible Service Dept. reporting capabilities via proper policy management and data entry.

Responsible for continued self-development of personnel management, customer management and interpersonal skills.

Overall control of staffing, budgeting, and expense management to ensure department achieves P&L goals.

Conduct and/or attend scheduled meetings with departmental staff including technical and management teams.

Collect, grasp, analyze and maintain any information of problems in the field, and to report it to management and HQ.

Thorough knowledge of company’s products and equipment capabilities.

At least 2 years documented work experience in early childhood development, family development, social work, human services, and/or psychology required.

Recruit and enroll children that are income eligible for Head Start services.

Provide weekly home visits with parents/guardians using the Parents as Teachers curriculum.

Conduct developmental screenings and assessments for children assigned to caseload.

Ensure children receive required health screenings and follow up on concerns.

Provide community resources for families relevant to their needs.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and database management

Create an appropriate, recreational, educational and well-staffed activity schedule for each assigned program (typically a weekend)

Assist in creation of departmental budget. Manage program supply budget by tracking inventory and ordering of necessary program supplies

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience required

Level II Challenge Course certified or ability to obtain certification preferred

$55,341 annually + onsite housing provided + generous benefits

FSWs are responsible case management of 14-18 cases

FSWs will ensure that all medical, dental, and educational needs are met and are responsible for maintaining child's records.

Documentation that is on-line/ web-based and available to you from home

$50000 - $58000 / year based on education and clinical license

FSWs serve as a youth's guardian and must be aware of DCS policies that guide care and services.

Specialists meet with supervisors at least three times per week to discuss progress and personal development.

The ability to carefully manage financial operations and a state-of-the art facility;

Experience energizing and engaging a board or advisory committee;

Excellent writing and communication skills;

Demonstrated success as an enthusiastic and accomplished fundraiser with individuals, foundations, and corporate sponsors;

Financial acumen commensurate with running a complex arts or presenting organization;

Computer experience with knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Google Suite.

Prior experience working in an ECEAP setting.

Computer experience, specifically working with the Google Suite.

Bachelor’s Degree in Social Services, Human Services, or Education preferred.

Experience providing Social Services to Children and Families preferred.

Demonstrated accurate recordkeeping skills with a clear organization system.

Determines eligibility for various social service programs offered by the agency or available in the community.

Knowledge of interviewing to obtain facts, explore issues and identify courses of action.

EDUCATION – High School Diploma or equivalent.
