Determine staffing requirements, work assignment and schedules for new projects, and oversee operational cost, risk and audit activities

Advance the methods, procedures, and systems to increase overall effectiveness of space utilization and management

Develop and manage the budget for workplace services, ensuring that costs are controlled, and resources are allocated appropriately

Manage and maintain workplace technology systems for Space Planning analysis

Manage workplace services projects, including Office/Lab design, construction, and relocation initiatives

· 3+ years’ experience in facilities management position

Ability to apply technical knowledge and expertise to solve problems in real-time.

Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

FDA food safety training and experience, including PCQI, FSMA, and FSVP.

Proven experience as facilities manager or relevant experience in facilities management, engineering, or a related field.

Strong project management and leadership skills.

Design, plan, and manage infrastructure projects for our teams, including offices, laboratories and greenhouses

Manage contracts and budgets related to facility operations and maintenance.

Experience working with laboratory environments would be an advantage

Familiarity with local building regulations and compliance requirements.
