Engage global candidates, maintain knowledge of industry developments and people moves.

Work with Diversity teams to facilitate slate processes as well as promote and manage internal mobility processes.

Manage relationships, negotiate contracts, and serve as point of contact for retained search firms as appropriate.

Build pools of talent for technology disciplines, making use of networking and database tools to manage this talent.

10+ years of relevant search experience.

Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage several searches concurrently.

Collaborate efficiently with team members, contributing to the sharing of knowledge and best practices.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related fields. An MBA or equivalent master's degree would be advantageous.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of establishing rapport with high-level executives.

Oversee end-to-end executive searches, including understanding client needs, sourcing candidates, candidate assessment, presentation, and finalization.

Cultivate a profound understanding of the investment sector, its trends, and potential candidates.

Proven track-record or stakeholder management and ability to acquire new exclusive business.

5+ years of Partner level experience as a producer.

Experience in a Financial or Technical market.

NYC based ideally but remote would be considered for the right person.

Create reliable forecasts and be completely transparent with management on the pipeline status

BA/BS degree in a related field or equivalent experience

2+ years experience in a quota-carrying sales role

Experience with recruiting, recruitment media and HR software

Experience with SaaS opportunities and Salesforce.com platform

Experience selling IT or recruiting solutions

Manage, lead and develop a team of executive search professionals

Directly manage a workload executing Executive Search mandates, deliver market mapping and insights to inform business hiring decisions

Act as an escalation point for managers handling sensitive and confidential matters; resolving complex issues

Knowledge of financial services and the different business models within the sector and those it serves

Expert in compensation structures and the creation of competitive offers, understanding deferrals and bonus structures

Demonstrated ability to manage complex international hiring processes

Self-motivation and excellent time management skills

Assist the hiring manager in building appealing job descriptions and preparing required networking and sourcing strategies

Business fundamentals and foundational knowledge of the sector

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience

Assist with client interview processes; schedule interviews and quickly resolve any client/candidate issues that arise

Ensure effective business management, particularly forecasting revenue generation and ensure profitable delivery;

Taking responsibility for client relationships and account management, acting as advisor, engaging with clients to deliver innovative and pro-active solutions;
