We are searching for a first-rate Business Coach specializing in the dental industry!

4.Knowledge of different learning styles and how they impact executive functioning skills.

1.Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.

2.Proven experience working as an Executive Functioning Coach or in a similar role, specifically with neurodiverse students.

3.Strong understanding of executive functioning skills and strategies commonly used by neurodiverse individuals.

6.Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with students, parents, teachers, and other professionals.

5.Track student progress, maintain detailed records, and regularly communicate updates with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders.

·Strong knowledge of team work and leadership

·Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

·Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Applies best practices around change management

Contribute to the evolution of the Netflix executive coaching program and offering

Engage regularly with stakeholders to receive feedback and continually improve upon the Executive Coaching solutions offered at Netflix

Experience navigating cross-cultural nuances and/or cultural differences

Has experience as an internal consultant, coach or business partner

Is highly skilled at observing and navigating organizational culture and dynamics

5-8+ years of business leadership and/or strategy and operations experience across HR, finance, people management, and sales functions

2-5+ years experience advising entrepreneurs and/or business owners (attorneys or law firm owners a huge plus!)

Virtual facilitation, training, and coaching experience using Zoom

Strong leadership and organization abilities

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience managing multiple large client accounts

● Experience working in a consulting firm a plus

Experience with expense reporting and PO management

Adhoc requests and other duties as assigned based on the skills and capabilities of the individual

Manage complex office administrative work requiring the use of independent judgment and initiative

5+ years experience supporting multiple executives preferred

Coupa (procurement) and Concur (Travel) experience desired

Knowledge of or willingess to learn BoardAdvantage is critical

Coaching experience or certification preferred. Dental administrative experience is a plus.

Typically, a Finance Team Executive Director has more than 15 years of work or post-secondary educational experience.

Contribute to the development and implementation of processes, tools and approaches to enhance our product offering and staff experience.

At least 3 years experience excelling in a strategic leadership role at an not-for-profit or for-profit education organization.

Knowledge of finance and accounting (especially non profit).

Comfort overseeing strategic delivery of a product offering. Prior experience as a service provider for schools is valued.

Certified by an ICF credentialed coaching school with an up-to-date PCC certification
