The Company

Our brand exists so women can experience each life moment to the fullest. FRANKIE4 is designed by women, for women—holding true to our podiatrist-founded history, our proud Australian heritage, and award-winning, revolutionary engineering. The first steps began with our founder Caroline McCulloch. Caroline envisioned the opportunity to revolutionise women’s footwear by blending her expertise as a qualified podiatrist & physiotherapist, with style. This defines each FRANKIE4 pair, and every collection has innovative design and research at its core. Now with over a decade-long design history, we are inspired by a growing cult following and have an exclusive range from boots to luxe-slides, that is curated to put fashion and comfort on an even footing.

As a woman-founded, predominantly female-led brand, we’re dedicated to supporting women everywhere in elevating their every day—helping them do all the things they love, all day long, without compromise. We're driven to connect with our community through authenticity and positivity.

We support all women and foster genuine conversation that empowers each other and encourages us all to achieve our goals. This is an extension of the stories and experiences we have shared through over 95,000+ 5-star customer reviews.
