Overview:
The Executive Director of Lift DC is responsible for leading the organization’s strategic direction and operations. The Executive Director will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy to achieve the organization’s mission and goals. The Executive Director will be responsible for overseeing the organization’s financial management, fundraising, program development, and staff management.Detailed Job Description:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to achieve the organization’s mission and goals.
• Oversee the organization’s financial management, fundraising, program development, and staff management.
• Develop and manage the organization’s budget and ensure that the organization’s financial resources are used effectively and efficiently.
• Develop and implement fundraising strategies to ensure the organization’s financial sustainability.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including funders, partners, and community members.
• Represent the organization in public forums and serve as a spokesperson for the organization.
• Develop and implement strategies to ensure the organization’s visibility and impact in the community.
• Develop and implement strategies to ensure the organization’s compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Develop and implement strategies to ensure the organization’s compliance with all applicable ethical standards.
