Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.

EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS REQUIRED

Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS and talent management systems.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.

Supports management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions; analyzing information and applications.

Guides management and employee actions by applying human resources policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines; communicating and enforcing organization values.

Current trends and Human Resources Management practices

Strong leadership skills, communication skills, negotiating skills, professional integrity and sound business judgment

Strong attention to detail, analytical skills and the ability to analyze data

Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) language skills a plus
