2+ years of work experience in a fast paced environment. Prior Entertainment or Agency experience strongly preferred

Attend and take notes at meetings as requested by the Producer and Director

Prepare expense reports in a timely and accurate manner

Organize travel arrangements such as flight, hotel, and car/taxi

Differentiate and delight customers with creative presentations and world-class interpersonal and communication skills that make contractual and technical details sound simple

5+ years of B2B SaaS quota carrying experience (technical audience experience a plus)

Experienced across the entire customer acquisition cycle from lead to close

Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, easily build rapport and establish relationships with both customers and colleagues

Strong SFDC, Apollo, Notion, Slack, GDocs skills

You’ll drive new customer acquisition through an efficient and consultative approach

Manage calendar of the Directors and Producer, assist in navigation of daily schedule and needs, identify priorities

Timely collection and distribution of crew timesheets to production finance

At least 1-year as assistant or PA within entertainment; experience at animation studio a plus; agency experience a plus
