Event Content Development Specialist Jobs

Support with monthly and weekly content, events, long-term project, courses, monthly courses, partnerships, and project management

Previous experience and tangible examples of video content production for events, coaching, education, curriculum development, editorial or professional purposes

Build a library in conjunction with top thought leaders in the knowledge industry, e-learning, and coaching spaces

Build relationships with other curators and keep a pulse on the knowledge industry marketplace

6+ years of post-college work experience in a similar field

Thorough knowledge of Direct Response marketing and its role in effective content generation

• Partner with Training Manager to understand needs and priorities.

• Bachelor’s Degree OR equivalent experience in learning, training, or retail leadership

• 5+ years of relevant industry and sales experience

• Excellent in-person and virtual presentation skills

• Previews experience utilizing WebEx and Teams

Type: Temp (W2 contract assignment)

Experience with project management and content management systems

Develop and execute content strategy to identify, recruit and manage content contributors, including subject matter experts, authors, and thought leaders.

Manage and maintain a content calendar that reflects the priorities and objectives of the organization.

Work with stakeholders in legal, product, and finance around contracts and payments

4+ years of experience in content development and acquisition

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ensure proper digital experiences through storytelling, video, and multimedia.

Content creation and editorial skills

Spanish language skills a plus

Create monthly content/communications calendar to achieve overall marketing strategies/plan

Ensure team understands marketing strategy/best practices for weekly postings as needed

Ensure end-to-end content production process for key publications.

Experience with project management including leading detailed and well organized projects within a deadline

Bachelor's Degree (Content/Instructional Design, Organizational Design, Education, Business, or Video Production) or equivalent experience

Develop reusable tools to support Engagement Managers in client engagements.

4+ years Disney Leadership Experience, or related professional experience

Experience with adult learning and organization improvement principles

Experience reviewing business strategy and translating it into learning solutions

The ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Source and recruit thought leaders and C-level executives in the industry, using cold outreach methods to invite them to speak.

Learning and development experience in adult education strongly preferred.

Manage multiple large-scale projects and events as point of contact demonstrating accountability, responsibility and ownership resulting in high impacting learning programs.

Associates Degree or equivalent experience required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Three to five years of experience in a client-facing role required.

Experiencing developing educational content or programming required.

Experience with instructional design is a plus.
