Type: Temp (W2 contract assignment)
Length of Assignment: 6 Months
Work Hours: 20-40 hours per week (depending on training needs)
Location: Mason, OH (HYBRID; up to 2x per week in-office)
Pay Rate: $30 to $35 per hour
POSITION OVERVIEW:
In close partnership with the Manager of Learning and Development, this position will assist with the development of training materials, utilizing different tools (Articulate, Rise, PowerPoint, etc.) and formats (in person training / virtual classrooms, Podcasts, eLearning’s). The Specialist will own the responsibility of content localization and co-creation of virtual classrooms with the collaboration of stakeholders in Milan and the local Leonardo team. The Specialist should be comfortable delivering content (TTT for Facilitators).
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Partner with Training Manager to understand needs and priorities.
• Develop and co-create, in partnership with corporate office team and local team, contents that can be deployed by our team of expert facilitators in NACC.
• Deliver a TTT to the facilitators for any in person or virtual classroom.
• Partner with NACC business leaders to collect / understand the content needed to create the learning solution.
• Maintain updates to existing training materials as there are changes in the business.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s Degree OR equivalent experience in learning, training, or retail leadership
• 5+ years of relevant industry and sales experience
• Expertise on content development (learning design)
• Excellent in-person and virtual presentation skills
• Highly proficient on PowerPoint / Excel / Microsoft Office
• Previews experience utilizing WebEx and Teams
• Strong communication skills
• Proven record of success dealing with different stakeholders across the organization
• Recording, editing, and publishing videos of user interface demonstrations
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Developing content for virtual classroom facilitation
• Developing SCORM-compliant eLearning modules, hosted in a proprietary learning management system (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or comparable elearning development suite)
