IT Clinical Applications Analyst II (FT) EPIC Clinical Doc - Remote Position

Full-time (scheduled 72 hrs or more per pay period)

8 AM to 5 PM

Up to 25% of work time

2 years of clinical experience documenting in Epic

Provide EPIC training to new hires to Carle.

Provide individual EPIC assistance for optimization as needed.

Collaborate with the IT Build Team during the design/build/validate processes to ensure user training and resource needs are met.

Providing training, tools and materials to ensure Meaningful Use compliance.

Strong knowledge of Network Monitoring, and Endpoint Management tools

Strong organization and problem-solving skills; experience prioritizing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

5+ years of experience within IT support, infrastructure, and networking roles.

Strong proficiency in Office365 administration and troubleshooting required. Additional knowledge of public/private cloud (e.g., AWS) and virtualization technologies a plus.

Microsoft or other technical certifications highly desired.

Expert level troubleshooting skills in a Windows environment, including desktop and server OS.

National specialty certification attempt within three (3) to five (5) years.

Successfully complete Epic certification(s) in their applicable area within 90 days of class attendance.

Assists in the development, implementation, education, evaluation, maintenance and coordination of Epic and related applications.

Typically has 3-8 years professional experience.

Remote - Epic Orders Application Analyst II

Demonstrates accountability in delivering the assigned task. Reports project issues and accomplishments to the application manager.

Delivers a work product that meets project requirements defined by the scope and stays within departmental guidelines for application configuration/development.

Associate's Degree with Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field or three or more years of related experience is required.

Pay Range: $63731.20 - $95596.80 / year

One year of municipal management experience or any combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge, skills and abilities.

Collaborate with finance teams to reconcile invoices and resolve any discrepancies, ensuring proper financial controls and budget management.

Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Proficiency in change management and as an IT trainer.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Information Management.

Two years of municipal or IT support experience.

Two years of project management experience

Ability to communicate risk and compliance subjects to various audiences ranging from technicians, business personnel and senior management

Prior experience with specific systems, equipment and software may be specified as needed by department.

Experience and knowledge of build and implementation for EPIC upgrades, enhancements and projects.

Demonstrated experience in day-to-day activities and support of Azure O365 products including Exchange Online, Teams, Sharepoint and OneDrive.

5 years of experience in a Systems Administration role within an enterprise environment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Knowledge of the ITIL Framework.

Knowledge and understanding of infrastructures both in the data center and the Cloud, particularly an Azure Environment.

OR any equivalent combination of training, education, and experience that provides the required skills and knowledge to perform the job.

Provides written and verbal recommendations to management to provide ongoing insight into strategy and operations.

Principles and practices of technology management, system development and systems integration in a government environment.
