EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING

Previous experience working in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse business environment

Proficient with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Strong verbal and written communications with ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization.

Prepare documentation that is timely and accurate (reports, correspondence, photographs, data entry, and forms) and conduct follow-up work for timely compliance.

At least two (2) or more years of relevant experience.

Schedule and conduct environmental inspections and investigations at permitted and unpermitted facilities in the Northeast Region.

Perform monitoring and sampling, as needed.

Conduct emergency response to situations that require immediate action, including outside regular work hours.

Perform other related work as assigned.

Development and implementation of a Stormwater Management Plan (SWMP) and Municipal Stormwater Annual Report.

Provide technical recommendations for improvements to MS4 Program including stormwater control processes, procedures, the SWMP, records management and SOPs.

Provide annual training and technical assistance to various audiences per the MS4 permit requirements.

Provide public outreach and involvement for the MS4 Program.

Perform outfall field investigations, technical condition reporting, technical recommendations, and reporting for corrective actions that will reduce pollution.
