Excellent organization abilities and time management skills.

Identify and obtain applicable permits and manage as required in the Environmental Management System.

Develop a comprehensive compliance tracking matrix to capture all environmental requirements.

Communicate with field crews to ensure understanding of project environmental requirements.

Identify project materials and vendors needed to support the environmental requirements at the project.

Maintain records of all requirements and monitor compliance tools.

Provides staff training as needed or bulletins to staff on environmental issues; researches regulatory requirements and changes

Operates and maintains multi-gas meters, air flow meters, indoor air sampling instruments and other equipment; and maintains calibration schedule.

Coordinates District-wide water sampling efforts and maintains sampling schedule and tracking of all data and corrective actions.

Performs storm water inspections of permanent BMPs at sites that are part of the District’s non-standard storm water permit.
