Entry Level Hr Generalist Jobs in Ohio

Drives a positive customer experience by building relationships and providing solutions to their needs.

Completes serial and model verification as well as basic functionality testing to assist Repair Agents.

Completes final cleaning, unit preparation and verifies that repair units are ready to be shipped.

Able to stand and sit for long periods of time

Able to lift weight up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation

Able to work in a non-climate-controlled environment

Experience with HR systems, case management systems, etc. preferred

Answers Human Resources and Talent Acquisition related inquiries via phone, email, and case management system

Provides customer service to Aramark candidates, employees, managers, etc.

Intakes and triages inquiries related to Payroll, Employment Relations, Benefits, etc. as necessary

Assists candidates and hiring managers with troubleshooting the hiring process, background check, and onboarding processes

Strong customer service, verbal, and written communication skills

The successful candidate will be resourceful, detail oriented and have critical thinking skills.

Previous experience as a Phlebotomist or Medical Assistant

Conduct a medical / social history interview

The schedule is provided 3 weeks in advance

Saturdays are in rotation and shifts generally end between 2-3pm at the latest.

Occur within a 16-county radius

Lead and coordinate the Annual Performance Review process for front line associates in partnership with management

Provide data and information as needed for investigations in partnership with HR Managers

Strong interpersonal and planning skills

Strong English verbal/written communication skills

Experience taking care of a large employee population preferred

Use HR systems to produce reports

Experience with HR systems, case management systems, etc. preferred
