Handling service requests across hundreds of properties, communicating with utility companies for a litany of reasons. including starting and stopping services.

Helping us develop operational systems and implementing them.

Troubleshooting roadblocks and documenting property status.

Making phone calls and setting appointments, confirming appointments and follow-up calls.

Some of the Things You’ll Do:

Assist with personnel records management

Review frontline applications and ensure the applicant meets all hiring requirements

Offer and decline positions for entry-level positions

At least 6 months experience in related work experience or 6 months park experience is preferred.

Park leadership experience in Park Operations, Culinary Operations and Merchandise preferred

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required

2+ years of experience with critical data entry

Experience with data entry within an HR-related function (strongly preferred).

Job Title: Data Entry Specialist

Location: Marysville, OH Remote (EST/CST)

Process data entry requests within Honda’s HRIS system (Success Factors)

Follow Standard Operating Procedures to ensure data entry is completed appropriately.

Adhering to best data management practices and maintain the highest standard of accuracy and efficiency

Fast typing skills; Knowledge of touch typing system is strongly preferred

Establish and comply with quality assurance and configuration management practices with exceptional attention to detail

Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)

Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices

Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills
