Enrollment Follow Up Analyst Jobs

Hands-on experience using Epic, Cerner, Invision, Soarian, McKesson, Allscripts, Meditech, and other industry recognized Revenue Cycle Management Systems required

Possesses an understanding of the healthcare revenue cycle and applies this knowledge to assist team with achievement of quality control standards

A minimum of 1-2 years in Healthcare Provider Revenue Cycle experience required

Performing account follow-up activities on high-dollar accounts receivable

Research items requiring further assistance

Demonstrates the ability to professionally communicate with colleagues, payers, and clients (if necessary)

Maintains thorough knowledge and understanding of PPSNE organization in order to answer questions and direct calls correctly and appropriately

High School or Associates degree in medical technology or science or equivalent work experience preferred

Experience in a PPSNE health center preferred

Experience working with electronic health records preferred

Excellent complex problem-solving skills; excellent written and oral communication skills

Excellent computational skills including Excel; must show competency using computer hardware, ability to operate all office equipment

Ability to focus and successfully meet monthly goals set by management

Other duties as assigned by management

One (1) year experience in collection, OR Associate's Degree in Business.

Prior hospital or healthcare experience.

Two (2) years experience in collection, billing, or related field.

Places telephone calls to appropriate insurance companies and or patients to obtain payment arrangements on outstanding accounts.

Monitors delinquent accounts and escalates follow up activity as appropriate.

Reviews account information to determine accuracy of contractual adjustments to account balances.

This position is 100% remote

2-3 years experience in a data analytics-type role.

Proven experience in healthcare enrollment and eligibility processes (EDI 834)

Experience in identifying and resolving enrollment-related issues and errors.

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

Resources need to be local to Eastern and Central Time Zones

Ensures that all detail and data stored in Verity database is updated timely

Follows up with non-delegated insurance plans to obtain enrollment approvals for St. Luke's providers and practice locations

Updates & maintains database to show enrollment tracking, effective dates, provider numbers and correct provider demographics

Assist with resolution of enrollment issues identified by the CBO

Identifies and communicates current or potential database issues that could result in loss of revenue and/or patient dissatisfaction

Participates in team meetings and conference calls with payers
