The Enrollment Follow Up Analyst ensures the Enrollment Department Verity Credential Stream database information for St. Luke's University Health Network & Star Community Health employed providers is maintained in an accurate and timely fashion. Assists the Enrollment Team with insurance plan follow up, special projects and reporting.


Job Duties And Responsibilities


  • Identifies and communicates current or potential database issues that could result in loss of revenue and/or patient dissatisfaction
  • Updates & maintains database to show enrollment tracking, effective dates, provider numbers and correct provider demographics
  • Create ad-hoc report request for payer and provider demographics upon request
  • Participates in team meetings and conference calls with payers
  • Create and maintain monthly rosters for payers upon request
  • Assist with resolution of enrollment issues identified by the CBO
  • Ensures that all detail and data stored in Verity database is updated timely
  • Follows up with non-delegated insurance plans to obtain enrollment approvals for St. Luke's providers and practice locations
  • Maintains the integrity of the Verity Stream database by ensuring accurate information is stored for all Organizations, providers, and payer insurance contracts


Physical And Sensory Requirements


Requires sitting for up to eight hours per day, including extensive use of computer terminal and telephone. Requires hearing as it relates to normal conversation and answering questions in large groups. Requires seeing as it relates to general near and far vision.


EDUCATION


High School Diploma or equivalent required.


Training And Experience


Experience with personal computers and the Microsoft Office suite of products is required. Strong customer service skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must have exceptional organization and time management skills as well as an eye for detail.
