Employment Retention Specialist Jobs in North Carolina

Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resource Management or comparable experience

Assist with job descriptions by gathering information about job duties and documentation of job requirements.

Maintain working knowledge of the Employee Handbook to track needed changes, recommend edits, and communicate changes to Manager and Employees.

Assist Managers with offboarding checklists to ensure timely completion

Manage and maintain sensitive information in confidential and meticulous manner.

Firsthand experience with unemployment, employee relations, and recruitment.

Effective time management skills and the ability to work independently is essential.

Working knowledge of local resources and case management processes is preferred.
