Minimum qualifications:
- Experience with board design, board bring-up, desense mitigation, factory processes, and manufacturing.
- Experience using RF equipment (e.g., spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, and communication test boxes).
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus in Radio Frequency or Electromagnetism, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience designing RF solutions for consumer electronics.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Knowledge of test automation, using scripting languages (e.g., Python and LabVIEW).
- Knowledge of different wireless communication systems (e.g., 5G nR, LTE, etc.), and excellent board-level and firmware debug skills.
- Knowledge of RF software tools (e.g., Advanced Design System (ADS) and High-frequency Structure Simulator (HFSS)).

As a RF and Millimeter Wave Engineer, you will be part of our design team building Customer Electronics (CE) products. You will be directly involved in cross-functional team engagement defining overall product architecture to achieve the lowest possible cost and best RF performance.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $141,000-$212,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Manage PCB design for optimal RF performance.
- Support certification and compliance issues.
- Design and perform validation. Design and optimize RF system solutions (e.g., LTE, 2G/3G, etc.).
- Work with component vendors and partners to develop the RF front-end.
- Design for volume manufacturing and support factory engineers from prototyping to product launch. Travel internationally up to 15% of the time, as required.
