Demonstrated utilization of risk management and tools in project execution.

B.S. in Engineering highly preferred but will consider 5+ years of manufacturing project management experience in lieu of engineering degree

Lead and manage cross-functional teams on electrical and controls projects

Experience managing $500 projects or greater

Excellent communication skills; ability to work cross functionally and think outside the box

Minimum 5 years of experience

Coordinate material delivery timeline with procurement to properly plan and stage manufacturing

Exceptional time management and organizational skills with proven ability to multi-task and manage projects on strict deadlines

Ability to successfully troubleshoot unplanned challenges and offer cost effective, safe, and compliant solutions

Assumes other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Must be able to apply electrical formulas and conversion tables to job requirements

Experience with Tridium Niagara HVAC controls a plus

Experience with LEAN Six Sigma philosophies and practices are a plus

The starting pay range for this position is:

Relevant experience in facilities project management or a related field.

Strong knowledge of building mechanical systems and electrical systems.

Handle projects ranging from $50k to $1M, with a strong focus on building mechanical systems.

BA/BS degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management or similar from accredited college or university is required

Establishes requirements of the project and monitors the draft and final adherence to these criteria

Have experience managing E, EP, EPCM and EPC contract delivery.

Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable and effective both up and down within the organization.

Work effectively without direct supervision, interface with a variety of people and manage competing demands.

Possess a technical background with a mix of office and field experience, preferably with both consulting and operating companies.

Team management and team leader 

Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with key business partners vendor partners and Site Facilities Manager.

Proficient with ETAP/SKM, AutoCAD skills, monitoring with SCADA is nice to have or other Building Management Systems (BMS)

Hands on experience to Implement electrical safety programs following OSHA and NFPA 70/70E guidelines

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or the equivalent in experience and evidence of exceptional ability

Minimum of 8 years of direct construction experience building high-tech infrastructure and operational facilities (semiconductor, solar, battery, etc.)

Working knowledge of OSHA and NFPA codes and HAZMAT safety protocols

Operate equipment and program/adjust medium voltage relays

Strong inter-personal skills along with the ability to interact with all levels of management.

Maintains, trouble shoots, repairs and installs electrical equipment utilizing technical, interpersonal and critical thinking skills

Minimum 5+ years related work experience as an Industrial electrician

Knowledge using hand tools, electrical meter and testing equipment

Experience in handling low to high voltage up to 480 VAC

Strong knowledge of switchgears, trouble shooting of motor controls, drives and electronic components

3+ years of project management experience in an electrical environment

Field experience coordinating with construction management

Ability to work with diverse personalities and to communicate professionally with clients, suppliers, management, employees, and temporary agency staff.

Construction Management degree or related field is a plus

Ability to influence others and partner with peers and corporate resources (HR, Finance, IT) to achieve goals

Sense of urgency, but able to manage stressful environment while maintaining professional demeanor.
