Ehr Analyst Jobs

Required Education: Associates degree in healthcare field, specialized training or equivalent work experience with electronic health record.

Experience: 2 years of relevant technical or business work experience.

Provides institutional expertise in the delivery of clinical care as it relates to the Electronic Health Record (EHR) Program

Evaluates and promotes new technologies with a focus on streamlining clinical documentation and assessment processes.

Participates in the development and advanced implementation support of automated clinical processes.

Provides at the elbow and other end user support for all end users of the EHR.

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in applicable field and three years experience in applicable clinical discipline

Clinical Licensure in one of the following fields: Pharmacist (RPh, PharmD).

Partners with training Directors and Managers to maintain training schedules.

Required Education: High School Diploma

This is a REMOTE position.

Communicates training schedule to co-workers and leaders prior to classroom training.

Uses LMS to assign eLearning training to co-workers based on role.

· Assist with the execution of organizational change management

· Analyze defined business rules and functional requirements

· Create new, and analyze existing, business requirements documents

· Strong experience as a Business Analyst liasoning with business and technical teams

· Experience working with EHR systems

· Experience working in a healthcare setting

Clinical Licensure in one of the following fields: Registered Nurse, Pharmacist, Medical Doctor, Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.

Basic understanding of clinical workflows and medical terminology.

Provide management technical system guidance to improve and streamline operational workflows.

Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health, Health Informatics, Information Technology, Business, Administration, Healthcare Management, other healthcare, or related discipline.

Track ticketing trends and develops knowledge base articles based on frequency and severity.

Maintain a working knowledge of key indicators, standards, and processes related to EHR systems.

Experience with an electronic health record system in a professional or academic setting.

2-3 years’ experience working with health record systems as a super user, site specialist or a similar position.
