Job Description

The Pharmacist Informaticist, EHR serves as a clinical resource for supporting and designing safe and compliant medication management procedures throughout the EHR. The analyst will also serve and a system expert in specific Epic Applications (EpicCare, Beacon, Willow, etc.) responsible for developing, implementing, organizing, and maintaining the EHR in an effective and efficient manner. Document and understand the operational and financial performance along with the clinical outcomes. They will be responsible for participating in EHR Analysis and design. Additionally they will need to demonstrate leadership and problem resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in applicable field and three years experience in applicable clinical discipline
  • Clinical Licensure in one of the following fields: Pharmacist (RPh, PharmD).

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience implementing an Electronic Health Record in a clinical setting, preferably EpicCare, Beacon, or Willow in addition to Clinical experience as a Pharmacist, Nurse, etc.
