Education Services Program Manager Jobs

Current cosmetology license with at least 1 year of training/educating experience or salon management experience required.

Collaborate with your Education Services Manager to accommodate training calendars that meet the needs of the system.

Knowledge of and skill in using Microsoft 360 application software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and Internet functionality.

Deliver live, virtual training with high technical quality and strong knowledge of salon operations.

Collaborate with Salon Operations Specialists to plan Manager / Franchisee Meetings and other market events.

Knowledge and support of the Great Clips technical and operating systems; ability to explain the rationale and foundation for the system.

Extensive knowledge of youth educational development; Mastery knowledge of advanced analytical and evaluative methods is preferred.

Licensures. Certifications and other requirements

Educational program administration: Study of the foundation and methods in organizing for adult and continuing education programs.

Curriculum development or design: Study of the principles and techniques for development of curricula for adult or vocational education programs.

Teaching methods: Study of teaching strategies and learning styles of the adult learner.

Pay Plan, Series and Grade:

Effective verbal and written communication skills.

An earned bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.

Registered as dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration or registration pending.

Strong communications, customer relations, and project management skills strongly preferred.

Lead peers in the analysis of program success and communicate program achievements, opportunities, and challenges to management.

Research and identify opportunities for new value propositions and capabilities, including recommendation and execution of process improvements for the assigned program.

7 or more years of relevant experience required.

Experience working in a provider organization strongly preferred.

Strong skills with contracting preferred.

Superior vendor contract management, financial skills, and budget experience

Program manages global service RFP’s working with key stakeholders, creating the RFP documents, and managing through the transition.

Develop and manage a communication program that clearly and creatively informs the employee population of the program goals, changes and enhancements.

Plans, executes, and manages internal events and serves as primary contact for external events being hosted on-site.

Leads and manages the food service budget and forecasting process while being measured against client performance metrics.

2 years of relevant experience in the food service industry at the global level

Support the Senior Manager, Program Operations in the day-to-day oversight and management of the Program Operations cohort.

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Graduate degree preferred.

At least 5 years of relevant direct experience.

At least 2 years direct experience managing and overseeing staff.

International and cross-cultural experience highly desired. 

Clear, strategic thinker with a wide range of Operations strategies that you can employ or manage to achieve goals. 

Must be comfortable using online technology (Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Inventory Management, Email)

Ideal candidate would be living in/around the Twin Cities office, however, if the best candidate lives in either North Dakota/South Dakota/Minnesota.

The roles would include: Mass Care Sheltering Teams and Mass Care Feeding Teams.

Duty Officers (same role as a dispatcher – receiving initial call and then dispatching the appropriate resource)

Knowledge of a variety of academic, occupational, vocational, and career development resources (educational and/or community).

Knowledge of the regulations, directives, policies, and procedures regarding the receipt, storage, handling, accountability, and destruction of Controlled test materials.

Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing and to conduct interviews and deliver formal and informal presentations and briefings.
